The obligation is laid down in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2023-2026\/2023\/decreto\/d11795.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow noopener\" data-mce-=\"\">Law 14.611\/2023<\/a>\u00a0and regulated by Decree No. 11.795\/2023, with a focus on promoting equal pay for women and men in the corporate environment.<\/p>\n<div class=\"publicidade-interna-container\">\n<div id=\"retangulo-intext-1-a\" class=\"publicidade-interna-slot\" data-google-query-id=\"CKuLxLbgiI4DFURN3QIdguYozw\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/6887\/parceiros_uai\/em\/mundocorporativo\/interna\/intext-1-a_0__container__\">A report must be drawn up containing information on the remuneration criteria used by companies, the existence of job and salary plans, as well as the implementation of initiatives aimed at gender equality. The data is consolidated by the MTE based on information provided on the Emprega Brasil portal, as well as records extracted from the RAIS (Annual Social Information Report).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"texto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/milene-gregores-b335182b\/?originalSubdomain=br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow noopener\" data-mce-=\"\"><strong>Milene Gregores, senior lawyer at MMADVS<\/strong><\/a>She explains that \"publication of the report is mandatory and must take place on companies' communication channels, such as institutional websites and corporate social networks, in a place visible to employees and third parties\".
